February/March 2025. Sales and installation of: Cordless room darkening roller shades for all bedrooms; Combination of cordless and motorized light filtering rollers for main living areas. Motorized Smart Drape on patio door over 16ft wide and overlooks pool. Customer (Charles) loved his Keller neighborhood so much that he completely tore down his 1970s existing house and built a new, sleek, modern home on the property. Charles's goal was to have room darkening in bedrooms and a very light, sheer look in the main area as he and his wife love the open feel and view but just wanted to have privacy and block glare.
