Energy-Efficient Honeycomb Shades for Heat Relief on Lake Breeze Dr in Highland Village, TX

The owners of this beautiful lakefront home in Highland Village were concerned with the immense amount of heat that was being trapped in their upstairs living room. With an entire room full of large tall windows, heat easily engulfed this room and made it uncomfortable for the family to use or enjoy. We also needed a solution that would not clash or compete with their existing drapery headers. A subtle blue/gray fabric was chosen for these honeycomb shades. Honeycombs, also called Cellular Shades, are known for their ability to significantly increase energy efficiency. The temperature of this upper living room dropped noticeably upon installation of the treatments! These honeycombs also complemented the owner's current headers as they have clean lines and a minimalistic design.
